I’m a psychic. I know your response to the question about whether you should send another email this week:

“I don’t want to be annoying.”

You started this company to make… money, right?

Principle: An email a week keeps your LTV bleak

Ever come within 100 ft. of an Alex Hormozi landing page?

Your inbox instantaneously receives a welcome email with more value than you could possibly digest in a year.

And then, a shorter email every day thereafter. Those emails are killer, too - full of stuff that could increase your CTR or star-reviews… right now.

You don’t always have space to read them, but you never delete them. They’re gold.

It’s why Alex’s funnels sell more than most entrepreneurs: he makes sure there’s real value, and hits send 10x more than everyone else.

Tactics

You’re afraid your customer doesn’t want to hear from you.

If you’re adding value - real value - they absolutely do. They asked for it.

  1. Identify the problem your customer is trying to solve (this might be different from the one sold on your site).

  2. Make a brainstorming cloud of all the tangentially related topics surrounding that one pain (Problem: lose weight. Topics: nutrition, habits, mindset, weights, cardio, carbs, fats, supps, etc.).

  3. Start talking. Send an email a day with just a bit of juice on one of those topics.

  4. Watch your LTV and retention go up and to the right.

People don’t want to hear from you if you’re just hawking more of your product. But if you’re helping them accomplish the goal they set out to accomplish, you can talk as much as you like.

And they’ll buy more of your product without you sounding like you’re on a used car lot.

Habits

Start a daily, 250-word blog where you write about everything your business’s core problem touches.

Then start putting those blogs into an email editor and hitting send.

God speed,

Mike
