Today I’m just going to copy what Hormozi has said about this:

391% Sales Increase with One Change
Call leads within 60 sec of them opting in. Harvard Business Review published a study that demonstrated an AVERAGE of 391% increase in sales. That means you can do nothing else besides call your leads faster, and you could unlock a 4x in your business.

Tactics

You may not be set up to call every lead you get within 60 seconds. But you should be.

I just did it before finishing this newsletter post.

Wherever you gather leads (CRM, a google spreadsheet, etc.), create a Zap, and use the new data income as the zap’s trigger.

Create a new channel in your Slack called “NEW LEAD.” Then connect your Slack to Zapier.

Configure the zap to trigger a new Slack message any time a new lead comes in, and make sure to include the phone number so you can call right away.

Either call yourself or assign someone to do it.

I’ll report back on my findings, but I’m excited to try it out.

Habits

Find ways to talk to prospects and new customers. They exist.
