Principle: The person speaking the clearest is the person people trust

Any questions what they do? Any questions about how you call or who you’ll speak to? Any questions about how it works or what they promise? How about their reliability?

Nope.

It’s not fancy, it’s inelegant, it’s loud, it’s navigable by a 95-yr-old, and answers any question you’d ever have about the service. You know the owner, you see how it works in a video.

Simple. Clear. Excellent sales page.

Tactics

Write a landing page that is no frills. Nothing that’s not needed, and everything that will address any hesitation or concern your prospect might have.

Make a founder video and put it on the front of the page.

Put your company’s star rating and a button before the scroll.

Place images of the end result just under that.

OR

Make and ad that is no frills.

Our best performing ads follow the psychological progression of someone finding the product for the first time:

Ooh what’s that? Explanation.

And how does this work? Explanation/demonstration.

And what if I can’t…? Obstacle handling/guarantee/social proof.

It’s outperforming all our other, sleeker ads by about 5:1.

Do the same thing.

Habits

Don’t be cute. In fact, go on a rampage where your branding and design are intentionally ugly.

But nail the copy and be stunningly clear with your explanation.

Test which performs better
